About The Dam: Bryn was bred by Serge Dumont in Quebec.  Serge has a long association with the breed and Bryn is a lovely dog, who has helped to strengthen the water love of our line.  Bryn is a substantial female.   She is and she is an eager and determined hunter. Bryn has very strong water love and we are hoping that the pups in this litter will have this trait.  Bryn does have an incorrect coat and we are hoping that the pups in this litter will have a coat more like their Sire's.     Bryns pups are sometimes a bit more independant, which can be inconvenient when the puppy is growing up, but can be a strength in the field and water, especially when a longer search for fallen game in thick cattails needs to happen.
	About The Sire: Galahad  is a Griffon of solid, athletic structure, excellent outercoat and undercoat.  He is an easily handled dog in the field, and an eager companion.  He is a young dog, he just turned 4 years old, so is just coming into his own in the field.      Galahad has produced three litter.  The first was our Griffonpoint Hasta Not Snow, a line breeding on our Foundation Sire, Ch Tuckers Georgie CD. Second was with Griffonpoint Purdy, and the third was with Griffonpoint Gunners Lady.
This should be a good litter, it is an outcross breeding and a repeat breeding of Bryn's litter from last year - which resulted in a very nice litter with most pups having good coats.   The pups last year did tend to be a bit more independant, like their mom, so we will probably expect to see this again with these pups.   In any case, the pups should have the solid hunting traits that we have seen passed down through the Reimer line and from Bryn's  lines.
